Lagoni & Co. is our bagel and coffee café on Ryesgade in Østerbro, Copenhagen. Bagels are at the heart of what we do. We bake them from scratch in our own kitchen every day and serve them open-faced with a mix of fresh toppings. Come by for breakfast, make it a proper lunch, or take your favourite with you.
Since opening in 2023, we've wanted the café to feel like a natural part of the neighbourhood. Somewhere you can come alone, meet friends or end up chatting with someone you've just met.
We have shared tables, smaller tables for one, and seats outside when the weather is good. Laptops are welcome too. We keep the seating flexible, so we might ask you to move to another spot or share a table to help make room for everyone.
Alongside our bagels, we bake rolls and sweet treats, serve coffee throughout the day and pour a glass of wine when the afternoon turns into evening.
I'm Carl Falkesgaard Lagoni, the founder of Lagoni & Co., and I run the café day to day. Drop in for a bagel and a coffee, and stay a little longer if you feel like it.
Everything is available to take away, and we accept Dankort, Visa and Mastercard.

Bagels, rolls and coffee
The menu is short and changes a little with the seasons. In the morning there are house-baked rolls and rye bread with cheese, and Greek yoghurt with granola and seasonal fruit. From lunchtime it's bagels with cream cheese — with cucumber, red onion and capers, with tomato and grated lemon, or with salmon, cornichons and dill. Plus coffee brewed at our own counter, matcha, tea and a few cakes.
We do breakfast, lunch, coffee, cakes and cold drinks — and everything we bake is made from scratch in our own kitchen on Ryesgade.

When is Lagoni & Co. open?
We are open Monday to Friday 08.00–18.00 and Saturday and Sunday 09.00–16.00. You will find us at Ryesgade 76, 2100 København Ø.
What can I have for breakfast?
A bun or rye bread with cheese and butter (or with cheese, butter and egg), Greek yoghurt with granola, chia pudding, seasonal fruits and homemade jam or syrup, or overnight oats with chopped nuts, homemade jam and honey. Breakfast is ready from the moment we open.
Which bagels do you have?
All our bagels are baked in house and served with olive oil, salt and pepper: cream cheese and dill; cream cheese, tomato and grated lemon; cream cheese, cucumber, capers and red onion; cream cheese, aged cheese, tomato and oregano; goat cheese, glazed onions and rosemary; or cream cheese, salmon, red onion, cornichons, capers and dill.
Can I get coffee and bagels to go?
Yes. Everything on the menu can be ordered to take away at the counter.
Can I sit outside?
Yes. We have tables on the pavement facing Ryesgade when the weather allows, and seats inside at the communal table.
Do you serve wine?
Yes. We pour wine later in the day, when the afternoon turns into evening.
